Wrongful Death Settlement Documentary
The stories of the survivors are told with video interviews of them and are accompanied with an introduction that includes photographs of their happy lives with the deceased prior to his/her death. The plaintiffs will provide family photo albums to our producer which are used to chronicle the good times in the first half of the presentation. By contrast, the second half of the video gives the plaintiffs an opportunity to discuss how their lives have been impacted since the tragedy that gave rise to the action. Producers of a wrongful death settlement brochure may want to include newspaper or news cast footage that speak to the accomplishments of the deceased.
